We have launched this dedicated public consultation website to provide opportunity for local residents to review and provide feedback on the proposals. 

We provide a questionnaire below and a ‘long answer’ feedback form is also provided for you to expand on your questionnaire answers or provide feedback on other topics as you wish”

Please submit your feedback by 26th April 2026 to ensure that it is taken into account as we prepare to submit the Outline Planning Application.

As part of the Outline Planning Application, a report will be submitted to the Council summarising the responses received and explaining how the proposals respond to the matters raised. 

You should also be aware that once the Outline Planning Application has been submitted, Lichfield District Council will carry out a formal consultation with local residents and interested parties where you will have a further opportunity to submit your comments.
